Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms govern access to this website and use of its trip-planning inquiry features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. They are a general template; booking-specific terms must be supplied and agreed separately before any travel purchase.
1. Operator and contact
Adventures Agency LLC, 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT 59937, United States. Phone +1 (406) 407-7273; email hello@adventures-agency.com.
2. Website purpose
The site provides inspiration and a way to submit travel-planning inquiries. Descriptions, photographs, sample itineraries, destinations, and estimated concepts are illustrative unless expressly confirmed in a written proposal or booking agreement.
3. No booking until confirmed
Submitting a planner brief, sending an email, or contacting Adventures Agency LLC does not itself create a reservation, contract, or guarantee of availability, price, permits, transport, accommodation, or guide services. A booking exists only after the parties confirm the specific services, total price, payment terms, cancellation rules, and other material conditions in writing.
4. Pricing, payments and third parties
Any displayed or discussed budget is indicative until a written quote is issued. Prices may depend on season, exchange rates, taxes, supplier rates, group size, permits, and availability. Payment methods, deposits, due dates, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks will be stated in the applicable booking documents. Third-party suppliers may impose their own terms.
5. Travel risks and personal responsibility
Adventure travel can involve strenuous activity, remote areas, weather, wildlife, altitude, water, road conditions, and limited access to medical or emergency services. Travelers are responsible for assessing their abilities, following guide and local instructions, obtaining suitable insurance, carrying required documents, and disclosing relevant constraints directly to the appropriate provider. Specific risk acknowledgements and safety requirements must be included in each trip contract.
6. Health, accessibility and special requirements
Contact Adventures Agency LLC before booking about mobility, dietary, accessibility, or other requirements so feasibility can be discussed. Adventures Agency LLC cannot guarantee that every destination or activity will accommodate every need. Do not send sensitive health information through the website planner or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
7. Traveler conduct
Travelers must comply with applicable laws, permit conditions, conservation rules, guide instructions, and reasonable safety directions. Adventures Agency LLC may refuse or end participation where conduct creates a material safety risk, violates law, or substantially disrupts others, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking agreement.
8. Changes, cancellations and force majeure
Trip changes and cancellations are governed by the written booking terms, including supplier restrictions and any applicable legal rights. Weather, natural events, strikes, public-health events, border restrictions, political instability, transport disruption, and other events beyond reasonable control may require changes or cancellation. The applicable contract will describe notification, alternatives, refunds, credits, and responsibility. Do not rely on this website page as a substitute for those trip-specific terms.
9. Website use and intellectual property
Text, branding, design, and original materials on this site are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with site operation, upload malicious code, or misuse contact channels.
10. External links and providers
External websites and providers are independent. Adventures Agency LLC do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Any supplier relationship and responsibility will be described in the applicable booking documents.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Adventures Agency LLC make reasonable efforts to keep information useful but do not warrant that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, nor limits mandatory consumer rights. Any permitted limitations must be set out clearly in the applicable contract and reviewed for enforceability.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the site, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not override mandatory consumer protections.
13. Privacy and cookies
Use of personal information is described in the company's Privacy Policy; cookie choices are described in the company's Cookie Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without displacing mandatory rights that apply where a consumer resides. Courts and dispute procedures must be determined in a way permitted by applicable law and any separate booking contract.
15. Changes and severability
Adventures Agency LLC may revise these Terms by updating this page and its date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only where legally effective.
